pamela, don't break this heart of mine

So my roomate let her hamster out to run around and she didn't put her back in the cage before she left (to go celebrate 4/20 I'm sure) and Pamela (the hamster) got into the vents through the opening in my roommate's floor that doesn't have a vent cover and now she's running around in the vents and I can hear her but I have absolutely no idea how to get her out.  And my stupid roommate isn't answering her phone because she's probably high and I'm super pissed because I feel bad just ignoring the hamster and I can hear her crawling trying to get out but I don't know what to do.
