Is it nepotism if it's not your family?
So I have an interesting moral dilemma for discussion. I got an email this week from the Indiana State Dept of Health wanting to set up an interview for a microbiologist position. Ever since I interviewed there a couple months ago I've really wanted a job there. The problem is the guy I'd be interviewing with/ working for is the father of my boyfriend. So what's the proper thing to do in a situation like this?
