That's a pretty high bar, geeze.
Off the top of my head, the most epic feeling moment for me was probably the whole reveal with the Citadel in the original Mass Effect, and then travelling through the gate. That whole ending was great, even though the game was already kinda old when I played it for the first time it was still a really cool experience. None of the later games quite captured that same sense of bittersweet melancholy and sense of wonder, as the protagonist learns of the huge ancient technological tragedy their world is built upon, that seems on the verge of inevitably repeating(*).
(*)And now that I think about it, Horizon Zero Dawn has a similar vibe, which I also really liked.
