Challenge Information
Only a few more days until the first challenge! So, I decided to take a little time to explain some of the rules and voting things, you don't have to read it, but I suggest it. Mods MUST read this (by the way, your other mods are __buffy and the_true_slayer.
Some things under the cut are about voting (which is now changed), special challenges to bring back the people voted out, and more.
-Voting
Voting will be done differently now. For each time we vote, you will vote for THREE icons of lesser quality and TWO of your favorite icons - either two or three, I haven't decided yet. These may subtract points if an icon received "bad" points.
Each week there will also be Mod's choice and Member's Choice.
A few times during the challenge, we will have a break and vote to bring someone back. Anyone that was voted out in the time period can participate in this special challenge. Three people will be selected to return.
For the mods:
We will switch off weeks. Whenever you get your week, you can, obviously, post the challenge.
- A cap challenge. Use a HIGH QUALITY cap!
- A character challenge. Suggest a specific character or something.
- A thematic challenge. Black and white? Repeated image? Whatever.
- An episodic challenge, seasonal challenge, lyrical, whatever! If you do have something wild though, check with me first and we'll vote as mods on if we should use it or not.
If you need to miss a week, or know you'll be late putting up the voting, just let us know, one of us will put up the challenge. :D
Please make sure to have a DIFFERENT character each week. Let's not have two Syd challenges in a row. Two Lauren ones, maybe :P I'm kidding. Also, let's try to stay away from the red wig! PLEASE! Thanks.
