i am finally deciding to write in here, after many day's of tomorrow i will. for my first entry i am going to choose a controversial topic. Women that are insecure about their bodies. i am kinda fed up with having to bear witness to so many good women with low self-esteem. 90% of the time i hear how their boyfriend tells them this or that, and they ( Read more... )

Today I went to the beach...you say, people will like you for who you are and so on and so forth, is that why the 3 girls with flat stomachs and big boobs were being watched by all the men? It's nice to think that looking Hollywood wouldn't change the attention you'd get. Unfortunately, the media tells us what we should like...what we should look like, it's spoon fed to us in every ad we see.

And those of us that feel insecure about it, well that didn't happen over night. Years of teasing, year of having people tell you...as if you didn't notice yourself that you are flat...I mean, somehow it's ok to tell a girl she's flat and needs big boobs, but it isnt' ok to tell a girl she's ugly or fat they all hurt just as badly, i'm sure.

Recently I've had girls say "oh look at how big my boobs are compared to your's!" or "wear shoulder pads, it will make you look better." I'm subjected to these things daily and after awhile it wears you down. So it isn't as easy as to blame one thing, or saying that you should just ignore it. It's hard to ignore it when everyone seems to think it...

Of course, the up side is that I'll never have boobs saggy enough to roll them into my bra. I guess that is a good thing.

i can see that it would be frustrating to have to deal with bullshit like "wear shoulder pads" your boss is a bitch. don't give in to these people. yes, i am sure a girl with big boobs at a beach is going to get looks, and good for them. however this is what i am trying to argue, that is not what attracts a "man" to a women. yes, that gets attention. so do lot's of things. it's all superficial bullshit. I wanna say that not only is it sad that there are dumb-ass guys out there that buy into "all that matters is her cup size mentality", but that good women like you buy into that. there are decent guy's out there. just like there are ass-wholes. not all people are kind and some are just plain stupid, but that is no excuse to let their ignorance based bullshit opinion get beautiful women(like you) depressed about themselves.
