After finishing it's prequel, 'To All The Boys I've Loved Before', i luckily had the chance to buy my own copy of P.S. I Still Love You. who wouldn't love this book? aside from it's cover (which is very eye catchy, btw), it's story is a magnificent read. PSISLY starts off a few days after TATBILB left off. basing from the title itself, it's pretty much obvious that Lara Jean and Peter would eventually make up and be together again. of course, it wouldn't be rainbows and sunshine for them. and, with the appearance of john ambrose, one of the lucky five letter recipients, their relationship came to an end (how? read the book.)
i really liked one of the scenes in which lara jean said that anyway, she and peter are young to be serious anyway. thumbs up for her realizing that. but, once she and peter eventually became an official couple once again, i got disappointed. i know, i sound different from the other fans who read the book but in my mind, i wanted the book to end with them moving on. but now that i think about it, i think it would've been unfair then, if ever that happened, since their reason for break up was a couple of misunderstanding they never really maturely confronted.
all in all, the book is great. but, if ever its gets another sequel, i think i wouldn't read it. it ended in a way that i think is appropriate for lara jean's love story.
