Sense8 is the first show in years that *could* have the potential to tempt me into a new fandom. I'm up to episode 8 and I just FUCKING CAN'T with this show, I spent half of the previous episodes with my hands in front of my face almost forgetting to *breathe*, it's so fucking amazingI can't even pick a favourite character. As for Sense8, YES, the locations are amazing as is the fact that they don't just have a bunch of Americans play all the parts. I applaud their casting choices! The locations too - I get so excited every time they're in Berlin. Last episode I watched, they had a several-minutes long scene right in the middle of my old neighbourhood. I used to walk through there to the office every morning!
The characters are amazing. I love them all, every time the stories switch I think THIS IS MY FAVOURITE and then they switch again and I'm like NO YOU ARE MY FAVOURITE. Riley gives me major hair envy on top of making me want to bundle her up in a warm blanket and keep her safe. Lito is such a sweetheart and Nomi is fucking amazing and I think Capheus could read from a phone book and I'd hang on his every word. Sun - oh my god I want to *be* her. And the others too, I just LOVE them.
