I HAVE THE KEYS TO THE NEW APARTMENT. Went to sign the lease right after work and then spend the rest of the evening sitting on the balcony with two thirds of the new roomies. There was beer and pizza. There was also a lot of excitement over the fact that the building has an elevator and there will be no more climbing the stairs to the fifth floor

Thanks. Pizza and beer (or wine) is the best, especially sitting on the floor of a new apartment, ESPECIALLY if, in that apartment, you're gonna have your own room after having shared a room for months. :)
