an update!
Ok so it's been a really long time since I've updated this thing. I thought I'd give it a go though b/c I'm starving and dinner's not ready yet :( So I'm back in Houston after a crazy semester. I am so in over my head all the time that it's strange not being fully booked all the time. I spent most of today (and yesterday, really) shopping. Yesterday with Emma and today with my mom. I keep buying more for me and not focusing on the millions of gifts I need to buy. I also keep returning everything (chump--I think i'm turning into you!)
Actually chump--2 things I need to tell you:
-I found these great Coach boots at DSW and randomly bought them even though they're totally ridiculous. I thought I could wear them to rodeo but then I remembered that a) I can't wear heels, b) I don't need to spend money on them and c) I'm not going to be able to go to rodeo. So.....
-I have this huge Tiffany's box in my room b/c some Japanese clients of my dad's sent him wine glasses from Tiffany's and when I got home the box was on the table. So I just conveniently stole it to look at;)
Also mon amie! We must go to Taco M! Really I want margaritas but I suppose some great sweet potato enchiladas will do well-and I hope they still have those kids cups again! Oh---and the chocolate bar. AND we need to see Spinal Tap because it's been like 6 months since I've seen any Christopher Guest (at least it feels that long!)
My brothers are seriously addicted to Halo II. I just don't understand (changing directions completely!). I mean, staring at a tv screen for that long is just insane. I think (or know) that I just don't have the focus--I'd rather talk to real people. Although Cullen said that they were playing with people from France the other day who were winning and one of his friends started making these laughing noises with a fake french accent. It offended them so much that they left. He also met some guys from London. It's kind of cool that you can talk to people all over the world but still....
