Arh! Tinnitus
From talking to other people it seems like I have always had slight tinnitus - something that I only ever noticed in complete silence (which might well explain why I have always disliked silence!!!)
It has been getting louder and more intrusive, is making me ratty and irratable (even more than normal!)
So I'm going to the GP to see if there is something that can be done - although I get the impression that there is only a clear reason in a small amount of cases - which depresses me further.
Anyone else out there had/got it and not gone completely mad!
