The New Year
Life is good!
- We love being in the house and Palm Springs. More pictures to come.
- We went to Rockford for my great aunt's birthday at the beginning of November.
- A good friend stayed with us Thanksgiving week. We visited him in Sacramento the weekend of December 4-6.
- I finished my first semester at MSJC, with my last final on 12/17. I received a very complimentary evaluation, which is always welcome!
- My parents visited from Las Vegas the weekend of 12/11-13, and then from 12/22-23 with my sister.
- We went to Las Vegas to be with my sister and parents for Christmas. Our cat Squeaky came with us!
- After Christmas, we flew to Milwaukee with my sister and visited friends in Rockford and Saugatuck, MI. It was snowy and cold.
- We got back to Palm Springs with our cat on 1/5.
- Now we're enjoying the beautiful weather and working on house projects. Classes don't resume until 1/25!
