because I'm listening to it right now and I suddenly had the comeback to an argument I never started whilst listening to it as well as sounds of throwing up in sink and attempting to play cards as though I didn't feel like throwing up for different reasons.
I don't think this album is supposed to be easy to listen to. I think that the fact that the volume isn't normalized between songs works as a way to make it uncomfortable to listen to. What, you want this to be background music? You want to be able to tune it out? It doesn't work that way. I'm not bothered by the fact that it could just be shitty editing or lack of care, this is how I perceive it and I'm quite happy with it.
second essay has been started. I think I may finish outline and then sleep - hopefully to finish first draft of both it and the first tomorrow morning and night. Then I will only have one and a project.
The Monk and The Hooligan was amazing. I'm sure I'll talk about it at length in the future.
