Concerts
I am suddenly playing in a few concerts. I'm even getting paid for one! yay!
One is on March 4th, at 7:30 pm at St. Mark's Anglican Church - Larch Street at 2nd Ave.
I'll be playing first and possibly english horn (they have no oboes at all) and we'll be playing these four...haha...I don't have the music yet...wooo...
Beethoven: Egmont Overture
Borodin: Steppes of Central Asia
Kabalevsky: Piano Concerto No. 3 - IIIrd mvt
Kalinnikov: Symphony No. 1 in G minor - complete
and the other (the Guitar concerto with the most gorgeous english horn solo ever), is on April 1st - not sure on time yet, but it'll be at ubc
also not sure if there will be any charge for either. I'll update when I know though.
