Am starting to piece together my room, try to make it more than a crash space...again with the finding weird things from past rants/notebooks:
from a frustrated essay brainstorm: ..something about endings, about stories, about the lack therof and whether that's a bad thing..
Virginia Woolf, who most enjoyed "saying nasty things" while reviewing:
shape is made by the relation of human being to human being..
You - John the hero - must live, or I shall be in the depths of despair. On the other, we feel, alas, John, you must die, because the shape of the book requires it.
Life conflicts with something that is not life.
