aaaah. That's better.

We basically did sparring all class, switching partners every five or ten minutes. Started out with one hand tucked behind our backs and both doing jabs, and only jabs - no blocks - which really made you move it. then reverse punches the same way, then both hands punches and blocks, then adding kicks. So much fun. My feet are a blistered mess, but I don't care.

Then I ate delicious juicy organic burgers of GLORIOUS RED MEATYNESS. Yes.
