The economics of perception...

May 21, 2011 13:37

I was really hoping that this tee shirt, called 3037, would do well over at http://shirt.woot.com/. I was even thinking about getting it, as I have a very low number of shirts (heck, clothes) that actually fit right now. Losing a ton of weight does that for you. (Of course, the shirt I bought over at tee fury turned out to be a tiny bit too small, so I am now wearing it only around the place, too. Sigh. Between sizes as always.)

But -- $1200 bill for car repairs coming up.

Also....would this design look good on a woman with natural "huge tracts of land?" And then there's the question of whether the buildings are spelling out an obscenity. I don't think they are, but I don't want fans seeing me wearing the shirt to think that. Vulgarities are just not what I'd wear as a statement!

I hate being poor.
