Fernando Correia Marques - O Burrito #1995
With a carrer that spanned from 1970 Fernando Correia Marques was very unknown till the "Boom" in the "Pimba" Music. Not beating the mega hits of 1995 Summer (Iran Costa and Emanuel) Fernando still managed to bring "Burrito" into the national rankings achieving top postions for many weekends. The results in sales were still stunning (120.000 Cd's and K7 sold) resulted in 3 Platinum CD' awarded. Unfortunatly after it Fernando sucess quickly a decline as soon as the "pimba" era passed. In only five years he vanished from the big shows, Still "O Burrito" (With obvious Mexican influences) is still remember as his best theme.
