Trapped On The Inside.
Part 2
Castiel entered the motel room, he scanned the room quickly. Dean was asleep on the bed. He sighed, and sat down on the wooden chair, he placed his clasped hands on top of the table.
'Cas. Cas. Cas.' I repeated his name.
'Yes?' He replied almost frustrated.
'Where did you go?' I asked.
'I went for a walk.'
'You being literal?'
Cas laughed. 'Yes.'
'Oh... so you okay?'
'Of course.' He replied. How dumb does he think I am.
'C'mon Cas what's up?'
Cas turned to look at Dean.
'I think it's best if I don't tell him.' Cas said.
'Look trust me, you need to tell him.' I said.
Cas rubbed his-my face, which blinded me for a few seconds. I laughed at how weird that was.
'Are you sure?' He asked.
'Yeah I am.'
'But he is not attracted to men.' He said, sadly.
'Yeah, but your not exactly an ordinary man are you.' I replied.
Castiel tilted his-my head whatever. 'I'm barely an Angel anymore.' Great now I've got a love struck depressed puppy on my hands.
'That doesn't matter Cas, Dean likes you and you like him. That's all that matters.' Damn I'm good.
'How can you be so sure?' He asked.
'Well I've been trapped in here for a year now and there's not much to do so my life's pretty much focused on you guys and well I've learned a few things'
Castiel nodded. 'I see.' He then frowned. 'I am sorry that I've kept you.... trapped.'
I laughed. 'Don't worry, I'm over it. I know what the future holds for me.' Castiel's expression didn't change. 'And I know your future is with Dean. So tell him, or I will be forced to take things into my own hands.' I tried to threaten him, but who am I kidding he's a frinking Angel of the Lord. I can't compete. His mouth turned up slightly into a smile. I win.
Dean stirred. We both knew he would wake soon. So I said my goodbyes, and Castiel blocked me out again.
Dean woke quietly he turned over, and was surpised to see Castiel sitting at the table. He smiled. "Hey Cas."
"Hello Dean." Dean pushed the covers of himself and swinged his feet on to the floor.
"Good walk?" Dean asked, trying to keep out his curiosity.
Castiel shifted nervously. "Yes. I guess so."
Dean nodded. "Right." He grabbed his t-shirt out of his duffle bag and went into the bathroom. A few seconds after the door had closed, Castiel heard the water running.

Sam entered the diner, his eyes scanned across the room until they lay on the familiar duo. He smiled and walked over to the booth. Dean's head snapped up to meet Sam's eyes as he approached, his grin widened. "Alright Sammy." Dean shuffled along the seat as Sam sat down.
"Yeah." He looked over at Castiel. "Hey Cas."
Castiel nodded, a small smile on his lips. "Sam."
"How's Ellie?" Dean asked.
"She's good. She got the assistant job." Sam replied excitedly. Castiel smiled, happy that Sam was finally allowing himself to be happy and beginning to forgive himself for setting Lucifer free. Dean clapped his brother on the shoulder, his face lit up.
"That's great man." Dean replied.
Sam nodded. "Oh yeah, and she says hi." He laughed.
Dean smirked. "You've got a good one there."
"Yeah I do. We just need to find you someone now." Sam hinted.
Castiel turned his head down slightly, he took his eyes off Dean. Dean shook his head. "Nah, I'm good." Sam looked over at Castiel, he frowned wondering what was wrong with the Angel. Sam turned back to Dean.
"Yeah..." He trailed off, as a waitress appeared by their booth.
"What can I get you?" She asked, with a lick of the lips.
"Salad please." Sam replied, smiling politely. He turned to Dean, who was eyeing the waitress with his trademark grin.
"I'll have a cheese burger please darling." Dean replied. The waitress who's name tag said 'Becky' smiled back at Dean, she then turned to look at Castiel.
"Anything for you hun?" She asked.
Castiel turned his blue eyes on her. Becky's smile widened, her eyes trailed down his body. "No thank you." Castiel replied.
Becky frowned, surprised. "Okay, well if you change your mind you know where I am." She walked away.
Dean looked over at Castiel. "Your in there." He smirked.
"Dean." Sam warned. Dean however just laughed.
'Um.. Cas? What's up?' I was shocked and slightly disorientated when Cas brought me back out of my little bubble of nothingness.
'Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
'Right, because there's so much for me to do in here.' I laughed.
Castiel hesitated. I sighed.
'What's up?' I tried to act cheery, so he knew I wasn't upset with him.
'I'm not going to tell him.' He told me.
'Why not?' I basically shouted, which I think may of started of a headache.
'He doesn't need to know. It will make no difference between our relationship, it will more likely separate us further if anything.'
'Cas....' Stupid stupid, angel. 'I know your scared.'
'I'm not.' Cas interrupted me.
'Look tell him or don't, I just don't know what to tell you.' I hated telling him this, but there isn't much I could of done.
Cas nodded. 'It's fine. I appreciate your help'.
"Cas?" Dean repeated. Castiel turned to look at Dean, his eyes questioning. "You okay?" He asked, concerned. Castiel looked between Dean and Sam, he nodded.
"I need some air." He explained and got up, before the brothers could protest Castiel was out the door.
"Since when did Cas need air?" Sam asked. Dean kept his eyes on the diner door, wondering the exact same thing.
