I hate this shit.
When watching the news today a certain story caught my ear so I turned it up. The story was in reference to a law that's try to be passed that would make it illegal for gay or even bi-sexual individuals to adopt or foster children. Not only would it prohibit gays from getting children in the future, but it would find new homes for every child that is in the custody of gay foster parents, wasting millions of dollars in tax payers money.
I've known about this for a few weeks now, but tonight they had the one individual who was trying to pass the law commenting on it. He said something along the lines of...
"We're trying to change the system so that our children can grow up naturally, and as traditionally as possible."
and...
"These children have already enough problems with abusive parents or no parents at all. Placing them in the custody of gay foster parents just creates more problems for the child."
WHAT THE FUCK. OF COURSE HE WAS OVER 70 AND THERE WAS A LITTLE FUCKING (R) NEXT TO HIS NAME.
