I was right about his appearance in opening number with host James Van Der Beek (James is an actor and he's a happily married straight man). Yeah, it was a tape witch broadcasted before start of the ceremony itself. It's not a full opening but only Johnny's part. I'm sorry for a bad quality but I made this record right from the screen of computer after I changed my IP and pretended I'm American.
