Generation One: Chapter One
Alex Rose is a simple lad that moved from Scotland to Simville.
He has no money, no friends, no job, no anything.
He wants to make the Rose family a large and plentiful one, a family that will be known in Simville for generations to come.
This is his, and his many heir(ess)'s story.
Our Hero at the moment, Alex, is not in a good position. He has no job, and his house leaves a lot to be desired. In fact, he doesn't live in a house. Just a large plot of land he managed to purchase, and a little shed for where he can relieve himself.

Armed with a cheap single bed, a dodgy (but abstwact, as some people would call it) bookcase, a fridge, oven and sink, a table and a couple of chairs, and a shed with a toilet, sink and shed, Alex has obviously got a low bank balance.
It's made even more obvious with the fact he only 99 simoleans in the bank, after spending little on basic items. Alex rushes to the newspaper, looking for a job opening, knowing life can only get better with a steady income.. He is hoping for a job opening in the Police Force, something he has aspired to ever since he could think straight as a teenager (no, really, this is Alex's Lifetime want). However, nothing can be found, so he finds the next best thing - a lab test rat! However, the move is quite smart, as he needs to have some cleaning skills which is also required for the police force - which he will sure to jump to when it comes. "Hopefully there will be an opening in a day or two."
The Welcome Wagon comes along to meet and greet Alex - one including the very pretty Nikki Portman. However, before our hero can ravish her, he realises two things.
One: He only has a single bed. (=P)
Two: She's pregnant AND married. Oh yeah - and she's not an NPC, and we can't break the legacy's rules can we? (No, we can't).
There's also a couple of people, which Alex chats to, but he is quite fond of Nikki, even though he knows he can't go any further than friendship.
Then, the phone rings. A random girl calls Alex, asking him to come to town.
"Sure, why not?" Alex tells the stranger, and he's whisked away by taxi, leaving his visitors to eat dinner at the table.
When Alex arrives there, he doesn't see one random girl. Not two, but THREE RANDOM (and quite attractive) women. He's tired, a bit uncomfortable and a bit smelly - however the place they've arrived has the perfect solution - jacuzzi! He whisks the ladies away to it, and he gets chatting to them all.
Damn, he looks like a right pimp.
After a bit of chatting and socialising, Alex needs his sleep and bids the women adieu, keeping account of their numbers (w00t!), and going home to bed (which he desperately needs.) Nice of Nikki to keep that in account, she still rings him at 2.00 am (and since both the phone and the bed is outside, Alex gets woken up) - however it's okay, because their relationship is building up.
What a bloody action packed first day. Alex wakes up, gets ready and goes to work in an alright mood. It, however, doesn't get him promoted. Still, he comes home to the phonecall of Nikki, and they become friends! Hooray! His want to be friends with her is fulfilled, and he is pretty damn pleased.
After a couple of days, he finally gets his promotion. However, there's been no luck with his random girl friend. (I can't remember her name, when I edit this with pictures I'll tell you.). He can't get her to go on a date with him and his friendship with her isn't building very fast. His relationship with Nikki, on the other hand - is very good, his daily relationship at 100, and his lifetime slowly catching up. He invites her over and with one hug, they're best friends! Another excellent want achieved for Alex. He also finds out something in the paper - a job opening as a Security Guard! Without any hesitation he quits his scientist job to get the nice nightshift in the police enforcement. But is it too late to achieve his lifetime want?
Oh yeah - and he has a fire in his house - and after the fireman has gone, he instantly wants a fire detector. Shame he can't afford it >_<.
He then receives a phonecall. It's from random girl - they want to go out on an outing with Alex. His relationship is quite high now, and very close to friendship.
Can it be anything better than friendship? Will Alex finally get the excuse to buy a double bed? Will he finally fall in love? Will anything happen between Nikki and Alex (because they can still have a romantic relationship - they just can't marry)? Will he finally get married and get some kind of second generation? Will he get to live in a house anytime soon?
We'll have to see, won't we? ;)
