Title: I'm Sorry
Pairing: Yuri/Sunhwa (Secret)
Fandoms: So Nyuh Shi Dae / Secret
Rating: PG-13 for themes
Notes: This is based on the Invincible Youth episode with the Hidden Camera on Sunhwa.
Summary: She was sorry.

Sunhwa took a deep breath as she sat inside the empty room of the village. She sat off in the corner with her hands in her lap and her head down. There were a few tears that stained her face, but most of it had gone dry. Her heart was a little heavy, but she started to get over whatever negative feelings she felt. The only thing that went through her mind was what had happened earlier.

The hidden camera.

She understood that hidden cameras were jokes and were meant to be fun, but it still hurt. She had a feeling something was going on when she saw the others, but she refused to speak up about it. Everyone seemed to be actually angry with her which scared her. There was the odd time where she thought she heard a stifled chuckle, but the growing fear inside of her sent her to shock. Tears eventually ran down her face and she knew how people felt when hidden cameras were done on them. She tried to stop the tears from flowing down her face, but the more she tried to stop them the more they ran down her face. When she found out that it was a hidden camera, the tears cascaded down her face non-stop.

"Hidden cameras suck," she muttered. She raised her sleeve and wiped away the fresh new tears that somehow left her eyes.

"I'm sorry, Sunhwa." She lifted her head and saw Yuri closing the door to the room. A small smile crept on her face when she saw the older girl, but it barely reached her eyes. She half-heartedly shrugged and dropped her head again.

Yuri watched as the other girl somewhat ignored her presence. She knew the hidden camera must have done a number on the girl's self-esteem once it was over. She started to regret ever participating in it, but it sounded fun when it was first mentioned. It lost its fun when Sunhwa started to cry. She hoped that the others would end it sooner before it actually did because sitting beside the crying girl made her heart break. Sunhwa meant a lot to her and she did not want to scare the younger girl into thinking that they had something against her. They already picked on her for being bad at math, but she knew that it would only feed the girl's insecurities if she took the hidden camera too personally. Once it was over, she followed Sunhwa back at the main house just to make sure that the other girl was okay. She looked far from it.

"It's okay, unnie," Sunhwa choked out as she felt another set of tears rush to her eyes. Something about the older girl triggered overwhelming emotions inside of her and it confused her. She started to brush the tears from her eyes as fast as she could, but only more fell. Yuri always had an effect on her and it started to bother her. She started to do her best for the older girl, but somehow it led her to doing something stupid instead. She admired the other girl for a long time, but she started to question herself if it became something more. If it was something more, she knew she would have a tougher time figuring it out.

"Sunhwa-"

Sunhwa jumped when she felt Yuri's hand on her shoulder. She inadvertently pushed herself further into the corner away from Yuri and missed the hurt look on the older girl's face. It was as if she was scared of Yuri and in some way she was. She was scared that she might have been falling in love with her. Falling in love with one of Korea's largest girl groups was not the best thing that could happen. She knew their schedules would conflict, that Yuri would always be busier than her, that conflict of interests would arise between group members, and that falling in love with a girl who seemed to be in love with someone else would only lead her to heartbreak. She wanted to overcome her feelings for Yuri, but they seemed to grow with every passing moment she spent with her.

"It's fine, unnie, I'm fine," Sunhwa blurted out as she tried to stop crying, but it only continued on.

Yuri flinched at the broken tone in the younger girl's voice. She reached out to Sunhwa again, but she noticed that the other girl was trying all she could to avoid her touch. It saddened her that Sunhwa was trying to get away from her. She questioned if she crossed a line with the hidden camera. She sat beside the younger girl and tentatively wrapped an arm around her shoulders. Sunhwa immediately stiffened in her hold, but she held on.

"If you were really fine, then you wouldn't be crying," Yuri whispered into Sunhwa's ear. She felt the girl shiver and slowly relax against her, but even more tears fell. "Sunhwa, what's wrong?"

Sunhwa turned to Yuri and shook her head, but the girl's piercing gaze made her flinch. She saw the concern in Yuri's eyes and it bothered her to know that she was the cause of it. Her eyes slowly fell to Yuri's lips and out of her better judgment she leaned forward to close the gap. She felt the older girl freeze against her, but she pressed forward. When she felt Yuri's tongue slide against her lower lip, she abruptly pulled away and blushed furiously.

"I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to do that," she stammered as she tried to look away, but Yuri cupped her face and forced her to look at her. She reluctantly looked at Yuri and saw the small smile on the girl's face. She also saw the mischievous glint in her eyes as well. "U-Unnie?"

"Did you really not mean to kiss me?" Yuri quietly asked as she searched Sunhwa's eyes for any kind of answer and she saw it before the younger girl could answer. The smile on her face grew. She knew Sunhwa had feelings for her, but she was far from sure as to how far the girl was willing to go with them. There were several times where she wanted to confront Sunhwa about them because she caught most of the stolen glances, noticed all of the fleeting gazes, and saw all the times where the younger girl would try to be closer to her. Whether or not it was caught on tape was irrelevant because it was their moments and the world did not need to see them. She started to fall in love with Sunhwa and she hoped that it would not be her downfall.

"I... I..." Sunhwa closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She slowly opened her eyes and took the leap, "I meant to kiss you. For a long time." Her eyes darted to the side, but they turned back when Yuri gently moved her head to look at her. She looked at Yuri and saw the huge grin on her face which confused her.

"Good," Yuri breathed before she leaned forward and pressed her lips back against Sunhwa's. She carefully brushed the tears away from Sunhwa's face as she moved to her knees and pinned the girl into the corner. A quiet moan left her lips when Sunhwa pulled her closer by her sweater and forced their bodies flush together.

"Aieee! I'm sorry!" The loud high pitched shriek sent Yuri flying away from Sunhwa and onto her back. She looked to see who it was and saw a blur of blonde hair out of the door. Sorry about that HyunA, she thought as she pushed herself into a sitting position. Her eyes moved back to the girl in the corner and it made her chuckle to see how flushed Sunhwa's face became. She crawled back to the other girl and trailed her fingertips along the girl's jawline.

"Are you still sorry that you kissed me?" She stared at the swollen lips in front of her and chuckled. Sunhwa blankly stared at her before being shoved onto the floor to be kissed again.

"Yah! Would you stop doing that?! You terrified and scarred poor HyunA!" Sunny cried out as she saw the two on the floor. "At least close the door!" She walked out and shut the door behind her.

Sunhwa pulled away and rolled onto her back with a wide smile on her face. She stared at the ceiling as her heart started to swell inside of her chest. Any kind of negative emotion she felt had been replaced with joy and excitement.

"I'm sorry." Until that moment. She turned her head and saw the serious look on Yuri's face that put her back at the brink of tears. "That I didn't tell you I liked you sooner. We could've been at this stage a while ago." Sunhwa gaped at the other girl and deeply sighed out of relief. She felt Yuri entwine their hands together and it brought the smile back on her face.

"Unnie?"

"Yeah?"

"I like you. A lot."

"I know," Yuri whispered. She lifted Sunhwa's hand to her lips and kissed the girl's palm.

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"Not telling you sooner," Sunhwa chuckled as she watched Yuri straddle her waist. She looked up at the older girl and grinned.

"I'm sorry to all of those who'll walk in anytime soon," Yuri giggled before she leaned down and pressed her lips back onto Sunhwa's.

An hour later...

"Aieee!" Everyone turned to see where the sound came from and saw HyunA running away from the main house with her eyes shut and a flushed face. Sunny was the first person to arrive at the door and she immediately yelled at the two inside.

"Yah! What did I tell you?!"
