I'm sick and tired of certain people implying that the reason I got into Wash U is because I'm from a sparsely-populated state.

They can take my GPA and shove it up their asses.

That sounds like an idiotic reason anyway. There aren't very many people in your state and there aren't very many people from your state here. There are lots of people from New York and Texas and there are a lot of people from New York and Texas here.
That doesn't have anything to do with you. People are stupid. Unlike you, obviously. :)

Of course it's not because your from an underpopulated state. It's more because coming from there is a rare breed. It's like being a minority. ;-) You can check the box.

What I meant was, because ND doesn't have a lot of people, not a whole lot of people apply to Wash U. Because Wash U wants to have people from every state, the idea is that they'll take me because they needed someone to represent that state, not because of my merits.
