Nine months old today!
Yep, I've been on the outside as long as I was on the inside. I'm getting really grown-up now, and although I can't crawl or walk, I get to anywhere I want to go without any help, just by rolling and tumbling and dragging myself. I've noticed mummy keeps moving interesting looking things out of my reach though. Makes me sooo cross! I have a whole range of Alex-specific language, some of which mummy and daddy seem to understand, some they don't. When mummy asked me if I wanted a drink the other day I nearly managed to say it.. 'nink' is the closest I could get. Most of the time though, I just babble away to myself and my toys. My favourite toy is something I change my mind about on a very regular basis, but lately I've been terribly fond of three Sesame Street beanie characters: Ernie, Cookie Monster and Big Bird.

Me this morning, playing on the floor. I've lost all interest in staying on a boring playmat when there's exploring to do!
It's difficult to get a picture of me without me grinning from ear to ear at the camera, I'm a right poser when I realise I'm being photographed!
See what I mean? This is me ready to go out on Wednesday, bundled up against the last of the cold, before the weather got nice and sunnny.
