it's something free that means a lot to me...when i'm with my friends, i feel home.

i love this summer.
i love that high school is over.

i love that i'm going to college in a few months.
i already had my orientation last week.
..got my classes and student id.

& i love my friends.
i love that we've grown closer
& not further apart.
& i love that no matter what we do,
where we are, or who we're with
we always have a good time.

i'm blessed.  friends like us are scarce.
we have each other's back,
even when we're wrong.
but we'll still call each other out on it.
never any drama, unless it's instigated
we can get pissed every night,
& love each other every morning.
anyone of us could disappear for months,
come back, & it's like we never left.
we love each other, and more importantly,
we respect each other.
.....& that's the way it should be.

i keep good company.
my family, and my friends...
we're like super glue.
you can't break our bond.
