Why are we so in denial / When we know we're not happy here.
It's good to know things.
Monday, I was offered a job at MIT -- practically my dream job at this point in my life -- which means I'll be working in the department where I wanted to be a grad student, doing grad student-y things.
Wednesday, I decided that I'll be living at 11 Story St. in Harvard Square with a few friends. It's a tad pricey, but it's a good place, and we're going to do a ton of crazy shit there.
Tonight was horribly fun as well. After the Web Ecology meeting -- and what a clusterfuck of opinions that was -- us four guys went out to Razzy's, met up with Sam's girlfriend & friends, grabbed a pitcher while watching atrocious karaoke, then biked over to Hong Kong cafe, whisked down a scorpion bowl, and chatted the night away over MSG-filled Chinese.
Oh, and I'm probably swing dancing at the Hatch Shell tomorrow.
I'm really looking forward to this year.
