So I'm Twenty Now
Of course, I don't feel any different. Although if I think of myself as still being a teenager, just telling myself that I'm "twenty" makes the previous self identification strange. And then there's also the memory of thinking that, at age twenty, I'd probably be married with two kids. Instead, I'm struggling to find a simple summer job.
My dad and I ordered my Nikon D40 from Amazon. I think it'll arrive next week. *squee*
And then I got my two wooden practice swords in the mail today. They're a lot heavier and thicker than I thought they would be. But that's one step further toward my Samurai Champloo costume for Connecticon. *squee a bit more*
Tomorrow I finally get to see Connie! And then we're heading to Alicia's and my dual birthday party. I'm really excited to see Paprika. And then get alcohol in my system. Yeah, sad, I know. ^_^''
