Dance the night away
Yesterday night bondagewoodelf and I went ballroom-dancing with friends. My ex-dance partner Vi was there and his new girl-friend M, and a friend Va and two friends P and J. This was great, 'cause I got to dance a lot.
We were with 3 men and 4 women. I danced with all the men and all the women except for one woman J. I "followed" while dancing with a man-friend and I "led" while dancing with a woman-friend. All women (except for J) were shorter than me. All men were taller than me.
We had a good time. There were two mishaps. Vi managed to put his elbow into M's eye, but later she danced again. Va broke a strap of her shoe at the start of the evening. She bought new shoes on the spot (with help of bondagewoodelf). Somehow, after that, I was the only one with enough money to buy rounds of drinks for everyone. :-)
