I have such a bad headache. It's my own fault though.
Yesterday I went to the chiropractor. Not being adjusted for that long put my leg in a lot of pain (because of a nerve problem I have which is caused by all my crazy back bones and the fact that my pelvis is all holey). I hate getting old.
I ate Japanese with Kari, Laura and their mom for lunch, then I went over to Robbie's. He has this very backward and ignorant cleaning woman. One of those people who talks and talks and acts like an expert and really says nothing. It's clear that she is racist and has a very "well that's fine if you want to be that way"-attitude about being gay. So we took some bourbon and went to the pool at the Beau Rivage. While we were up in Robbie's unit, I got a voicemail from Miami Ad School.
I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED! That was great news. I knew I'd get in, but everyday that I didn't have an answer, doubt crept in. Plus, we needed to know because my dad will be in Miami next week on business and my mom wanted to go down to look at places. Everything is coming together. I'm very excited but I know that the ordeal will be very difficult.
We went swimming and drank and talked. It was a very good day. I could spent the rest of my life in a pool by the river with Robbie and some bourbon.
I went to dinner with Father at Morton's. That was good.
Afterward I met John and his apartment and we went to a party at Heather's apartment. It was fun, Clare was there and Ricky came over. I don't know how long it's been since I've seen him. Robbie and Josh dropped by and we drank a lot of champagne then went to Park Place.
I was so drunk, but I think I was doing all right. I was kissing Bill Myers, even though I said I'd never do that again. Whoops! Then his really drunk friend was yelling a lot and accused me of punching some girl or something. I dunno, I didn't see any girl, I think he was hallucinating. The guy got in Bill's convertible and then the cops came and I dunno what happened because I went back inside. I wasn't going to get in trouble. And the sick thing is both of these guys are lawyers! You'd think they'd have more sense. Sometimes I think lawyers are the worst at following the law because they know they can get out of punishment. Anyhow, Bill didn't want to go back over to his car so I took him to my house and that's all.
And now I have a great hangover, but it was a great day.
