You know those insect that make that annoying noise at night? Cicadas or grasshoppers or whatever they are? There's one in the study right now. Near my feet somewhere, but I can't find it. IT WON'T SHUT UP.

In other news, tonight was our choir concert, which went well. =D There were solos, and the choir sung My Immortal - Evanescence, Beautiful - Christina Aguilera, Bye Bye Blackbird, One By One (Only The Good Die Young) and Carol of the Bells. =D I love Carol of the Bells. =D
So we helped pack up some stuff and I came outside and Dad was surrounded by a posse of parents - Josh's Mum & Dad, and his little sisters, and Laura's mum. Which is you know my dad - is unusual. He's not anti-social, he's just not overly social, so he doesn't really go up to people and talk to them. Whereas Laura's mum & Josh's dad are very friendly & that sort of thing, so it was clear he'd been sitting there by himself and they'd come to him, hehe.
And the Dinner Dance was on Saturday night - it was a dress up thing, the theme was 'Not So Superheroes', so you could come as a superhero or make up your own or whatever. I'll update later with more details, I can't be bothered now, I'm tired. But it was a good night. =D And there were some v. amusing costumes.
