Diagnosis
It is official. I've been diagnosed with having a panic disorder.
I gave my doctor an incredulous look when he said "Prozac". I said "No".
We're trying Lexapro. He gave me a two week trial to see if there's going to be any ill side effects, or if it would need to be ramped from 10mg to 20mg. He said that it generally takes about two to four weeks for things to take a noticeable effect, but the anxiety symptoms should be easier to handle by this, so it should take about two weeks for that specifically.
If this does work, I'm looking forward to the bonus side effect. ~_^
