(no subject)
Hey I know it's been a while seen I updated, but somethings have been happening to me lately. I've been going to College and taking the odd babysitting job every now and then. I plan on getting a real job soon, but I'll have to wait until summer most likely. My friends are the real bees in my little world.
My friend, Hoto-chan has been working at her job at Blockbuster to get money so she can go to College in South Carolina to be with her boyfriend of a year and a half(?).
While alu-chan has been working her butt off at her job at the Cafe. She's starting to get a little ticked at it, plus she's going to College along with me. She also got a new car this past weekend, I think? Her boyfriend is working, thats all that I know about him a the moment.
Doomed has been working on getting into the Coast Guard, while also saving up money along with his engaged girl to rent an apartment together. She works at the Mall along with him, he's changing jobs thoughl. He may end up working for BN, it's not offical yet.
My friend Choas has been having a real hard time of it. He has no job, his car is totaled, and he has to high ideas. See his car got totaled and his parents bought him a truck, the only problem is the truck is a stick, he can't drive a stick. His mother is surpose to teach him, but hasn't yet. He preposed to his girlfriend online, but has no ring. Also, he has no job, so he only does the odd babysitting, but expects to buy an engament ring, a wedding band, and a apartment. He and his girlfriend also have decided to have a handfasting. Where I wonder did she get that idea?
My friend, Punch, has also got his car totaled, and now has a rental. A good thing the fault lay in the other driver. So, he won't have to pay for the repairs. Thats all I know about him for right now.
The rest of my friends, I either haven't heard from or have moved away. It really sucks to get out of High School sometimes. Becasue most of the time if not always you lose touch with the ones who were the important people in your life during the "high" years. I guess, it's time to start working on my paper for English.
Also, Today is the Day of Silence.
(Please understand my reasons for not speaking today. I am participating in the Day of Silence, a national youth movement protesting the silence faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, and their allies. My deliberate silence echos that silence, which is caused by harassment, prejudice and discrimination. I belive that ending the silence is the first step towards fighting these injustices. Think about the voices you are not hearing today. What are you going to do to end the silence?)
Remeber what MArtin Luther King JR said," Injustice anywhere, is a threat to Justice everywhere."
