Saturday
Last night I had a dream that I was in a battle. An honest to goodness battle with a sword and a shield and archers up high. It was really kind of cool. There was someone there, fighting side by side with me but I have no idea who it was. Niou. No really, it was someone I trusted very much because I tossed aside my shield (it was slowing me down) and trusted him/her to have my back. Er, more like my left. Anyway, the best part? I was controlling energy with my sword. It was all bright and glowing and powerful. Damn, I smote so many enemies. It was heavy and the more I did it, the harder it was to control the flow of energy, but as long as I concentrated and had faith in my arm-strength (don't fail me now!) I could direct it at any group of enemy soldiers. It was amazing!
And now I'm sitting here wondering if we had harnessed zero point energy, why didn't we use it as a power source instead of a weapon? I know people get all shirty when you talk about it, but seriously. ZPMs man, they're the way to go.
Okay, I'm officially procrastinating. I was going to run down to the post office today but it's cold and rainy right now, which means it would turn into an actual run. It's hard to take leisurely walks in weather like this.
Fukubuchou's still not here, and it looks like he won't arrive until Monday. //weeps

EDIT: Yeah, so the post office is going to have to wait. It's flurrying out there. Plus, I'm spamming Sanada doing the laundry while making potato salad and fried chicken. DON'T BE JEALOUS.
