Who let the dogs out?
Why in god's name do all 3 flights of stairs in my apartment building, just reek of dog piss?
It's like someone took a fire hose and went full blast all over the carpet and walls. It's quite puzzling because there are no dogs allowed in this building. Cats are, but no dogs. And anyone who has owned both, like I have, know that there is a distinct smell to both. So there is no way, that it's cat piss.
