Winter Break '05
Winter Break was a good. It was a nice, realaxing break away from the drama and bullshit that I have so much of here at school. When I got home, the first thing i did was unpack and go over to Louisa's house. *haha* So at Louisa's, we (mostly I) drank a couple drinks, just to relax and start my break off in a "happy" mood (ya right). We watched A Walk to Remember, ya, i fell asleep and have no clue what it was about... but, ya know, whatev. lol. I spent many a nights at Louisa's house or on the phone with her. We went out a couple of nights, one night in particular, she and I (for some reason) decided to "cruise" Broadway/ Evergreen Way in Everett (ya, i know... everett? *haha*) but we were looking for a psychic cause we wanted to experience it (plus its pay day and we're two cute college girls... *hehe*) We went to this casino on Evergreen Way, Castle Casino, cause I was like, "Hey lets go to the casino, I'm feeling kinda lucky." So we went, and yup, I was lucky! I played Blackjack (21) and won $35. I only played $5 too! I was pretty happy with myself. After the casino, we drove back home and stopped at this really cool Adult Store. lol. We were pretty hyper at this point, so we were driving back to her house and stopped at burger king, for no reason. We went through the drive thru where we just went through to say hi to the people at the window. lol. The creepy Mexican guy was like "How you doin'?" *haha* Good times. Good times. The next time we went to the casino, we weren't so lucky... but its okay, cause we went to the gas station and bought a scratch card and between the two of us, we won $10 each. It was fun times with Louisa. We also went to the mall with her sister, Kaycee, and shopped around. I took a sress test.... the results, ya, not so good. When it came to 2 people in particular, and comparing them to each other... ha! My stress level jumped! It was horrible. We also went to the gym, yup, we worked out... lol. She got hit on by one of the people there (ew! *haha*) and an old dude winked at me... lol. Gotta love the Navy! By the way, I got my job back at the NEX. That's good cause Osh Kosh gave me poopy hours to work. We went to the Christmas Party, I won a DVD Player and some cruddy Claire Burke stuff. But it was still cool, atleast I got something. I met some new people at work too, Jen and some others. Jen and Louisa "coached" me on my "first day back to school." So a special shout out to them, holla! *haha*
I also got to see some of my camp friends. I went to Scott's party, which was nice. and then Rosemary, Mal and I went to Tim's appartment with a few other people. Omigawsh I love the basement! Its awesome! I drank so much! That was refreshing! Can I just tell everyone how much I love Nick! He's the best! When I was feeling "under the weather," Nick stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got home safely. I heart him! Then the Christmas Reunion came up, that was fantastic cause I got to see Mikey! and Ally! That wad nice too. After the reunion, we went to Tim's for another get together! That time, i wasnt as "under the weather" as the last time, but its okay, its all for the best.
Thats pretty much the "highlights" of my Winter Break. Now I'm back in school and taking it one day at a time. This no drama thing is going fabulous! *pat on the back* I'm trying to keep it up for the rest of the year! :)
