David just made me the tastiest iced mocha I have ever had. We've been struggling with our "new" espresso machine, trying to get it to create a proper espresso with crema. Well, today David bought some rather expensive espresso powder (Illy brand), and tamped the espresso down super-hard, which for me had never worked before. Bingo. Beautiful crema, intoxicating aroma, and though I had to help him figure out the proportions of cocoa and sugar, the espresso was all his.
From now on, [i]he[/i] has morning coffee duty, not me.
