Today was... fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I haven't been in a kitchen for actual catering in over nine months, and I had honestly forgotten how much I absolutely LOVE it. I just... it was so fast paced and wonderful and yeah. The lowest point of the day was the bloody pie crusts. Rarg. However, since that was the first thing of the day and everything went SO MUCH better than that. ::laughs::
