THE DAILY REPORT
Fantasy In Miniature gained six followers today, which I believe is a record. It's like I've been saying about the exponential nature of Tumblr... the more people watching it, the more likely stories are to get reblogged and put in front of other people who like it. It might seem weird that with something with as wide an audience for weblit as Tales of MU that I'm excited to see six new followers on my flash fiction blog, but one of the keys to TOMU's early success was the way that Livejournal's flist model helped it to spread and grow. So, I'm curious to see where Tumblr can take FIM.
The story I tumbld today ("All Manners Of Wizardry", which is part of a semi-series with a couple of other stories) blew up pretty quickly. And it did that before my customary self-reblog to give it a boost
STATE OF THE ME
Doing pretty good. Not sleeping awesomely, but sleeping.
DREAMS FROM LAST NIGHT
The Red Skull used some sort of intelligence boosting artifact and gained enough wisdom to see the error of his ways, devoted HYDRA's resources to bringing down Hitler and then dismantled it. There was a 4th of July picnic afterwards where he presented Steve Rogers with (I am not making this up, even if my subconscious was) "The Star-Spangled Pan With A Flan".
PLANS FOR TODAY
Working on the newsletter and KDR, which is going to shift the focus back to A2 and Dell.
