So, DC's new Action Comics #1 comes out tomorrow... this is the comic that in its initial incarnation was Superman's first home in the publishing world. If you haven't already read it, you might like the book The Physics of Superheroes by James Kakalios. It picks apart such questions as "If Superman can leap tall buildings in a single bound, how fast must he be going?" It's a fun read, even for someone like me who's never read those comic books!
