Oh..damn maybe I should update more often!!
Hello all,
I swear I've been busy and couldn't get online. I'm not ignoreing you guys. I check my friends list thing on the internet on my phone so I can stay somewhat posted. Ok so I begin: I'm alive!!! I dropped my security job and got a job at the warehouse Diane used to work at and it makes pretty good money for being a forklift driver. We are both strapped for cash but are somehow making it through. Oh!!! I applied to the Speedway Fire Department a while ago I think I actually mentioned it in a previous entry. But I have passed three of the five hiring stages!!!! All that's left is the physical agility test with tests that apply towards firefighting and a face to face interview with the chief and Speedway fire Board!! YAY!! It will be so amazingly cool if I make it. This department covers the Indy 500 race and anything at the track including NASCAR and is said to be one of the best departments to be on!!! Here's hoping! Ok on to other stuff. Diane and I are doing well. We still haven't had one fight which honestly amazes the hell out of me. I did kinda snap at her kids the time before last we had them. They kept disobeying Diane and making WAY to much noise and fuss for late at night so I yelled at them to sit on the couch shut up and watch TV or they were going to bed right then with not another word spoken. They picked up pretty quick I meant it since they've never heard me raise my voice and it even spooked Diane but she said later she just couldnt get them to listen and just let them do their own thing and I explained that this is our apartment and there are mutual rules they have to abide by to stay here. So they were really good this past weekend when we had them. Plus it did help I bought a new distraction more for me but for our family. His name is Wrangler. I got him at the pound/ humane society about two and a half weeks ago. He's so adorable! He is so my boy too! He doesnt listen to Diane that much but he's slowly learning his commands and is for the most part housebroken. He at least knows to sit by the door and tug his leash if he needs to go. He's half Austrailian cattle dog and half pitbull. He doesnt have much pit in him but he does like to chew. Thank god for rope bones! I'm doing good. A little stressed about being broke and busting my ass at work but I'm making it through. Diane is such a wonderful help when it comes to someone I can talk to or just cuddle up to and relax. Oh sorry to see you down Ray. Dont worry things will turn around. Beleive me sometimes ya got to be really low before the sun starts to rise. Ok got to go get some sleep so I can function at work!
