37 days and counting
So college orientation was total shit. Really. The advising and scheduling parts went really well and I was very pleased. It's just that the rest of it was a total waste of my time. And the whole still in pain thing didn't help, but what the hell, it's OVER.
We're back up to 3 dogs at the moment as my sister is in Egypt on business. She is such a...shopper. She saw the PYRAMIDS yesterday and called not to tell me about that, but instead to say she's bought me a stuffed camel. Granted, I am enthusiastic about the camel, but that's not the point.
I got Todd back yesterday after a week and a day of being iPod-less. I had his battery replaced. Not there's anything wrong with getting a new iPod, but I didn't want to. He had to be shipped to another place in St. Louis and it still only cost me like $40. From a practical standpoint, you know what that is a lot cheaper than? A new iPod. So, if you happen to have a waning battery I'd recommend looking into getting it replaced. YAY TODD IS HOME YAY!
I picked up a lot of interesting things Sunday. New Lemony Snicket book! Horseradish: Bitter Truths You Can't Avoid I haven't read much yet, but this guy is such a genius. :)
