Have you seen Hannibal? In the beginning, when he slits the guy open and then shoves him out the window effectively hanging him and eviscerating him at the same time. I laughed. Very loudly and very unexpectedly. Everyone in the movie theatre turned around to stare at me. I just thought the noise his guts made when they hit the ground sounded really funny....At least I think that is what I found funny.... My main point is I totally understand what you mean :-P
That sounds more like sadomasochism than mere masochism. You don't just want yourself to come to harm; you want others to come to harm, too.
Hmmmm....Didn't you tell me you're already getting counseling? This is definitely something you want to tell your counselor. These thoughts can be dangerous to yourself or others, sweetie--even those you love. A friend of mine had parents who were sadomasochists but loved each other. Her mother stabbed her father with a pair of scissors, and her father ran over her mother with their car. But...it was all part of their sadomasochistic relationship. And it put my friend through hell to live with it.
I love you, Alexis. I'm telling you this to try to help lead you to a source for healing. I hope you know that. *hugs*
*smiles* *hugs tightly* don't worry sweety, though I love pain, I don't want it to be over done.. and I've told my councilor that.. he just said that it's just part of my teen angst.. and that I'll get over it as soon as I fall in love.. *mutters about some dumb asshole of a concilor......*
I love ya too and I'm very grateful that I have you... *tight hug*
That's like the one psychiatrist I went to. I told her I was really worried because I wanted sex all the time, sometimes with guys I didn't even like very much.
Her response to my anxiety about this issue I saw with myself?
