14) You regret it?
no regrets ever

You know, I often hear people say this phrase, and I understand how it's wrong to be completely preoccupied with regretting the past, but it seems like a healthy amount of "regret" is what makes the world a constantly changing place. Regrets can embody the bad feelings of making poor choices.

For example, I regret my study habits in high school, which cost me many years of my life. I also regret how my last "relationship" ended. These regrets act as powerful motivations for me to change and be a better person.

you're right in a way because when i look in the dictionary regret is defined as feeling sadness or dissapointment because of something that has happened. and i have been sad or dissapointed about things that have happened. BUT, i try not to think to much about what i do regret in the past because i dont like dwelling on things that have upset me in the past. for example, i regret one of my past relationships for various reasons.
so i guess i regret but i dont like to think about too much. well, i take a bit of time to analyze it so that i can learn from the things that i did wrong, or could have acted better on, but i cant change the past, i can only learn from it.
so regret does act as a motivator. and i do learn from mistakes.

good call.
