I have a factual quibble: laying each stroke directly on top of the first ones I'm all for House being supremely talented and have no doubt that, should he decide to take up BDSM (if for some reason he hasn't already ^_^), he'd be great at domming. But - hitting that precisely in the dark stretches even my faith in him a bit! It sounds a bit as if you forgot your setting...
And I haven't seen the others mentioning it: near the end when Chase is wearing a shoes should be a shoe or shoes

The only quibble I have is that I wasn't convinced Chase was enjoying it. Not much in the prose indicated that he liked being spanked with House's belt (HOT) or being "forced" to blow him.

I've actually interpreted this as him being into the scene, thus supposedly not knowing what'll happen and coerced to safe his job being unsure and apprehensive. It's a roleplay and it won't work if Chase acts as if he'd loved it and has nothing to fear, possibly even asked for the scenario.... Like one of those classic interrogation phantasies played out: where the submissive part tries to/wants to act as if he's truly locked up somewhere with the possibility of never seing the light of day again and being defiant/lying would really lead to prison sentences or worse while the playpartner does her level best to play a sadistic, man-hating, lesbian KGB-agent (thanks Bond-movies) hell-bent on breaking the "suspect". Especially difficult to stay in character if the suspect demands that the icy blonde interrogator please speak with a fake russian accent all the time and you'll have to try hard not to ruin the scene by bursting out laughing ^_^
