Thanks...the ending was supposed to suggest that it had all been a game, from the beginning. I found that I couldn't write it as actual dub-con.

One question! how did House get Chase's pants off of his legs without taking off his shoes?

i've tried many a time to get my pants off without taking off my shoes... dont ask... and i have had little success LOL

Men's dress trousers are generally pretty wide at the cuff. If his feet aren't huge, it wouldn't be too difficult.
