Oh god...I've never even seen this show, but I love your writing so much I don't care. This is so good. I would like to have your writing declared a controlled substance.
There was-okay, there was a snake made of ice running into his arm, but that wasn’t so bad, really. Once it got eight or ten inches inside him, the ice melted and it was fine. And he had a vague idea that the snake had something to do with why it didn’t hurt. So, yay snake.
So much for my resolve to wait to read this. I love how loopy Blair is, and how he's used his wits to try and make his torturers see him as a person. Lorelie is something, isn't she, but then she's been put in a position where her needs outweigh the powerless guides, and in a climate where torture is seen as the means to the end.
