Summer in Wales
Well, as as been my streak this year, I totally forgot this thing existed and everytime i mean to update i get sidetracked by something else. Im back safely from my epic 24 day, 8 country eurotrip and it was the best time of my life, I never thought I could see/do/experience so much in just 24 days! I was gonna post a big thing about it but by now anyone that wanted to hear about it probably already has so there's no point. If i ever get around to it ill put some pics up on myspace, but i still havnt put up pics from Holland or Spain, everytime im about to I just think that i'll be home soon enough and can just show them to people then!
Well it is officially summer here in wales as the sun is showing its face pretty much everyday and not even the random gusts of crazy weather coming down the bristol channel can darken the skies for to long! I must say, I didn' think it was possible for Wales to get any more beautiful but i guess so because summer in wales is amazing! Everything is so intensely green and the ocean is so clear that you can see right across the channel to england, there are crazy bright flowers just popping up all over the place and the entire country is out walking and biking, the busses are literally empty. Everywhere in the village people are out on their lawns eating dinner by candlelight with their guitars in hand. Things have been great fun since I got back, until last night our asshole flatmates had been gone so weve been having a blast here. We've gone out a few times and been out playing frizbee and rugby pretty much everyday. I hope it keeps up through exams like this, I have 4 exams and 5 essays all due within the next month and my friend cait is visiting from the 11th-20th and alot of my friends are heading home in that time so its going to be a really busy month!! Im only here for another two months so im already having to worry about packing stuff up and sending it home because I can't possibly bring it all on my own, its quite sad to think i only have 2 months, but I plan to make the most of it! Me and Owain are going to Edinburgh together for my birthday and im going to Brecon Beacon mountain range and me and Owain are going to North Wales to climb Snowdon, the biggest mountain in Britain. And in general im sure we will all have a great two months because we always do!
