I've decided that I'm going to make future entries friends only. No real reason. I just decided. I'm not going to bother to set my old entries to be friends only, because I'm far too lazy.

I don't think I have any non-friend readers, so this shouldn't be much of a problem. I'm happy to add pretty much anyone, though.
