SPAIN
I actually got into watching soccer this season.. yes the Eurocup 2008.
It's my first time not being bored.. because this time I actually get it. haha
So anyway, the finals were today with Espania winning in the end against Germany.
At that point it didn't really matter to me who won because I grew to like the Germany team, and the Spaniards were really consistent.
In the end though I was vouching for Spain, I thought they deserved to win the cup more because they are such excellent players from the beginning. The ball was always so easily stolen from the Germans. Oh and it doesn't hurt that Casillas, the goal-keeper/captain, is easy on the eyes.
So anyway, I was supposed to go to some bar to watch the finals but things came up and I got dropped from the list of goers, but oh well, my team won in the end, and I got to watch it in Hi-Def! haha
Well anyway, remember that stye I had from about a month and a bit ago? Well I still have it, and I have an appointment coming up with a specialist for eye things and I'm just waiting to hear when we'll have to schedule my surgery.. I just want this darn thing off already!
