i woke up this morning telling myself i would NOT rewatch all three aired episodes of this season of silicon valley. then i rewatched all three aired episodes of this season of silicon valley.
i should add that i actually watched 3.03 twice previously. on the night it aired. this is a practice i usually reserve for spn and orphan black.
speaking of spn,[spoilers ahoy]that felt..... kind of underwhelming? given how much i loved the previous episode i figured anything that followed it would seem a bit lackluster in comparison, but that's not exactly how i would describe this. it's just sort of in-between, maybe. buildup to the finale. but there was some amazing acting from rob and jensen, and i love this new donatello fellow. AND KEVIN. KEVIN!!!!!! but that also begs the question, where the hell is linda in all this??? i will not rest until linda gets the happy ending she deserves. maybe she can ascend straight to heaven to hang out with kevin up there. jesus did that, right?
in other news, HORRORBANG IS EXCITING and i'm somehow really really sleepy, which means that if i go to bed now i will wake up again in like an hour and be absolutely wired and jittery until like six a.m. because my body is strange like that. and as per usual there are 203984 relatives over downstairs being sociable and noisy. i don't know where i was going with all this, to be perfectly honest. it's been a weird week.
